Comic book-style ads for adults?

Comic book-style ads for adults--where would we find such things?  Answer: In this 1967 Sunset House catalog, for one place.  Here are seven comic book-style ads from that catalog, all but one featuring grown-up models, and five featuring products that actually appeared in the pages of comic books--the spy scope, mini-radio, pocket adding machine, bald wig, and the drawing projector thingie.  Not sure about the "John joke" or the quite cool "Dial a Monster/Horror-scope."  I want one!
